When the Far Eastern University (FEU) Tamaraws and the University of the East (UE) Red Warriors enter the playoffs of this year’s UAAP Season 71, they will be newly equipped with the Nike System of Dress.
Combining a more sophisticated, tailored design with performance-enhancing technology, the Nike System of Dress is lighter, more aerodynamic, and comes with a slimmer silhouette. This innovative basketball uniform gives the UAAP players a distinguishing look that is cool—both literally and figuratively.
“In any competition, every ounce counts. The Nike System of Dress combines the Nike Swift technology that moves the seams of the apparel to the back of the jersey, reducing weight by 31 percent by eliminating 25 centimeters of fabric. Meanwhile, the combined thermo regulating qualities of Nike Sphere help manage moisture, making it more comfortable for the players,†explained Mae Dichupa, Nike Philippines Country Marketing Manager.
