Nike is set to release only 24 pairs of the Zoom Kobe IV Chaos Edition on February 13, 2009 at Nike Park, The Fort.

To get a chance to purchase this special shoe, participants must submit their own NikeiD design of the Zoom Kobe IV through www.nikeid.com. Simply click on the Zoom Kobe IV feature on the site and start creating your own design of the shoe and click the ‘E-MAIL IT’ button once done to submit your entry, indicating your valid e-mail address. Note that e-mailing it does not confirm a NikeiD purchase but a submission of a design.

Then, e-mail your design to submissions@ZKIVManila.com.ph together with a story or inspiration behind your design and include your name, address and shoe size in the message box.

24 best designs will be selected and will get a chance to purchase the Zoom Kobe IV Chaos edition. Selection will be based on three key elements: Kobe Inspiration, Design Aesthetic and Overall Creativity.

Submissions are open from January 24, 2009 to February 1, 2009 only to Metro Manila residents. Only one entry per person is allowed.

The 24 winning designs will be announced on February 13, 2009 at Nike Park The Fort at exactly 8:24 in the evening. Winners must be physically present during the announcement with a valid ID. First 100 customers who register on February 13, 2009 will also receive an exclusive Kobe gift.

About the Zoom Kobe IV

Designed for Kobe’s unstoppable quickness and lethal cutting on the court, the Kobe IV is a revolutionary low-top basketball shoe.

•    Molded heel counter locks down the heel for a supportive fit similar to that of a high-top
•    Fit sleeve leaves room for ankle
•    Rubber in forefoot for durability
•    Flywire support system pairs nylon threads with synthetic leather and mesh to create an ultra-lightweight, supportive upper
•    LunarLite foam forefoot midsole combines with Zoom Air cushioning in the heel to give players a very responsive, comfortable ride
•    Natural motion principles applied to the outsole provide players with better flexibility and feel for the court
•    At 11.6 ounces (328.9 grams), the Kobe IV is one of Nike’s lightest basketball shoes to date
