Syd Salazar. The Sydrified One, Syd Salazar thinks he’s a basketball insider but in reality he is merely a fan. But that doesn’t mean he can’t concoct an epic hoop-related literary masterpiece! He can unleash his literary skills with detailed and factual information. Plus… the sudden gush of information inside him is insanely plenty… unless a bunch of paper office work says otherwise. GAME OVER!

Benjie Cruz. Benjie is licensed by the Philippine government to build. He did so for few years. He woke up one day and decided to unscrew everything (pun intended) and he resigned. So that, he can do what he wants any given day, month or year. Now, he earns not by sports blogging but by being an industrial designer, amateur photographer, some kind of an artist, corp director, all rolled into one. For the love of game, 6 years & counting,  he’s still posting up. By the way, he can weld & mill!

Christian Angelo Jacinto. Christian Angelo Jacinto is a Journalism major from an old college somewhere in the heart of Intramuros. He’s been in the sports blogging circulation for about 6 years now. Aside from writing sports, he’s also fond of writing social commentaries, playing bass for multiple bands, debating and getting into online flame wars. He’s essentially a nice guy so you’ll get along just fine.

Mark Cruz. A lawyer and part-time professor. On the job & peak hours, he’s thinking sports stories while his office mates are busy putting up with deadlines. A certified Jaworski disciple since birth. Most often than not, he is being regarded as a partisan writer since he writes good things for Ginebra and tends to pass the blame on the other teams when the going gets ugly for… Ginebra.

Pio Garcia. Pio Garcia is an avid sports fan, from basketball to American football. He watches whatever games he could and gleans tactics, info and such from it. He idolizes Sev Sarmienta, Mico Halili among sportscasters. He’s also a big fan of the Ateneo Blue Eagles, University of North Carolina Tar Heels, Chicago Bulls and FC Barcelona. In his free time, he reads books of the Fantasy genre and plays video games to relieve stress. He also now has a site and can be reached there.

Michael Anthony Jandayan. Michael knew the names Bal David and Robert Jaworski long before he learned multiplying numbers. At such a tender age, he was unconsciously introduced to a sport he eventually would become dearly in love with. With basketball in its heydays during the 90′s, he was captivated with the excitement and the drama of the sport his father and older brothers regularly tuned their television in. The passion he has developed for the sport brought him to dream of becoming a professional basketball player someday. But he thought it was too heavy of a dream for a skinny and underweight kid to carry on. And then he bumped with sports-writing; and the rest is history.

Eric Michael Santos. Eric is a forty-something freelance health writer who, most of the time, practices what he writes. He is grateful for the opportunity to learn from other sports fans and share his insights on basketball, a game that he believes goes way beyond shooting a ball through a hoop.
